Deviled Eggs {with bacon}

Going to a family event? Double or triple this recipe… they go fast!  It’s a crowd-pleaser for any party or get together.  If you have farm fresh eggs and find peeling them exhausting, try my trick for easy peel farm fresh eggs.

Deviled Eggs {with bacon}

  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (affiliate link) 
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Remove the shells from the eggs and rinse.
  2. Cut each egg in half and pop out the yolks into a medium bowl.
  3. Once you have all the yolks in the bowl, add the mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper and salt.  Mix till smooth.
  4. Fill each egg half with a spoonful of the yolk mixture, and when all the egg halves are full, sprinkle the crumbled bacon evenly over the egg halves.

Have leftover bacon, try your hand at making chocolate covered bacon for an Easter time treat or this delicious BLT salad.
